In The Ely Area:

Canoe Country Outfitters Campground Located on Moose Lake, 20 miles east of Ely and gateway to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCA). Tent sites include picnic tables, free firewood and use of showers.  RV sites have water, electric and sewer hook-up.  Our services include boat-motor-canoe rentals, convenience store, guide service, laundry  facility, sauna, hiking trails, playground.  Cabins and canoe trip outfitting also available.

Timber Trail Campgrounds Lakeshore sites with panoramic views or a secluded wooded site tucked into the forest. All have water and electric hookups; some available with full hookups. Bath house with hot showers and modern restrooms centrally located. Dock space available. Each site has picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring. Large sites available for RVs and motor homes.

 

In The Grand Marais/Gunflint Trail Area:

Golden-Eagle Lodge and Campgrounds is dedicated to giving you an Unspoiled and Unforgettable camping experience. Located on the North Shore of Flour Lake, we are the only Resort and Residents. New for 1999 season, we have opened a small campground that has electric & water hookups, picnic tables, and a fire ring at every spot. The sites sit among Spruce, Balsam, Birch and Aspen stands and are spaced to allow for privacy. A modern bath house with hot showers is available for you. The lodge offers a gift & tackle store along with some groceries. The Nature Center with planned activities for all ages and a Teepee campfire ring are available for all guests. You’ll also find complete boat & motor and canoe rentals.

Gunflint Pines Campground On the south shores of Gunflint Lake, just off of the Gunflint Trail. Eighteen spacious campsites with modern bath facilities, hot showers, electrical and water hookups. Each site is level, wooded, has a picnic table, fire ring and we provide firewood free of charge. Our lodge has groceries, a gift shop and a food shop. Many visitors stay here before or after visiting the BWCA or Quetico Park.

 

In The Atikokan Area:

Seine River Lodge  Our campsites are all very well shaded and are amply spaced to ensure privacy. Choose from the undeveloped west end of the camp featuring a beautiful wilderness setting or the east end nearer to the store and boat launch area. All sites are a stone's throw from the lake allowing you to fish or swim only steps from your base. A number of sites have electrical and water hook ups to accommodate RV's and all sites include a picnic table and fire ring with split wood located across from the nearby camp office and store.

 

In The Sawbill Trail/Tofte Area:

Sawbill Canoe Outfitters manages three Superior National Forest Campgrounds: Sawbill Lake Campground, Crescent Lake Campground and Temperance River Campground. Sawbill Canoe Outfitters is the concessionaire operator of the campgrounds and maintains a store with showers, laundry, grocery and convenience items, canoe and camping gear rental, and a pay telephone--located 24 miles north of Tofte. Although there are no water, sewer, or electrical hookups at the campgrounds, they can easily accommodate large motorhomes and trailers.

 

Note: There are no structures available inside the interior of the Boundary Waters or Quetico Park. Mechanized items such as vehicles or bicycles are prohibited. All facilities represented are near the area.
